my milk serving is sufficient already

I ate a lamb wrap for lunch: Turkish bread, lamb, and a bit of vegies.

Drank two glasses of milk.

Exercise? not yet as of this hour. been verry verry busy with the assignments and uni stuff. Bummer!

as for dinner, I have Nando's Chicken garden salad and then followed by Lebanese bread. So delicious!
